Boba Network supports Ethereum and BNB Chain as scaling solutions for developers creating games, DeFi, NFT projects, and innovative blockchain solutions.
Its unique hybrid compute technology allows developers to build dApps invoking code executed on web-scale infrastructure, enabling complex algorithms beyond on-chain capabilities.
The opportunity
As Head of DeFi, this role offers a career defining opportunity for you to come in and play a crucial part in driving the growth and success within the DeFi ecosystem on Boba Network. You will also be leading a team where you will collectively make valuable contributions to Enya Labs and the wider network.
What you will be doing
- Building and executing strategies to cultivate a thriving DeFi ecosystem on Boba Network.
- Identify and bring on board new projects that enhance the Boba Network’s ecosystem
- Monitor and analyse DeFi trends and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with the team whilst collaborating with leadership
- Lead negotiations, secure partnerships and own relationships with DeFi projects and liquidity providers.
- Participate in events as an advocate for Boba Network
What you will need
- A successful track record in project onboarding and driving web3 ecosystem expansion.
- A deep understanding of DeFi with hands on experience (inc protocols, airdrop farming, market making and liquidity provision) with a solid network in the space
- An advanced understanding of business development strategies, relationship management, and the ability to implement partnership campaigns
